01 / Scope of work
What does sustainability report design include?
Structure and editing
Organise content around readers and publication goals, clarify key messages and align wording and headings using materials supplied by the business.
Theme and design system
Develop the cover concept, graphic system and layout consistently with the brand. The theme runs throughout the report and reflects its actual content.
ESG data presentation
Design tables, charts and infographics with clear units, reporting periods, boundaries and notes so readers can follow data and compare results.
Layout and publication
Lay out the report, check consistency with the approved content and prepare PDF and print files. Language versions are developed within the agreed scope.
A standalone report or part of the annual report
Businesses can present sustainability information in a separate report or integrate it into the annual report. A standalone design needs to make environmental, social and governance information clear. In an integrated report, navigation and presentation help readers follow sustainability in relation to strategy and business activities.
OHHA works with investor relations, corporate communications and ESG teams to agree on information structure, tables and page layout within the approved scope.
The business and its specialist advisers supply and verify the data and applicable reporting framework. OHHA supports structure, editing and design. Measurement, inventories and independent data assurance require a separately defined scope.

GEC — Sustainability in the annual report
An integrated annual and sustainability report, with sustainability as a prominent component. The design connects the renewable energy story with business activities, data and commitments in one publication.
Gold Award — LACP Vision Awards 2021
Integrated Report, Electric Utilities category, awarded by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP). The report scored 98/100 and ranked among the Top 5 reports in Vietnam.

Sustainability report design process.
- Agree on requirements: readers, scope, languages, source materials and publication milestones.
- Build the structure: review materials with the responsible team and identify information to add or clarify.
- Approve the design direction: agree on the cover, sample pages, tables and imagery approach.
- Layout and revisions: develop the content, consolidate feedback through agreed contacts and manage versions.
- Checks and delivery: verify against the approved version and check navigation, notes and publication files.

What should we supply for a quotation?
Sustainability report design costs depend on page count, content readiness, the volume of tables and charts, imagery, languages and timeline. To help OHHA propose a suitable scope, you can send:
- The previous report or reference materials.
- Anticipated page count and languages.
- The current status of content, data and imagery.
- Brand guidelines and the completion date.
- Requirements for PDF, printing or accompanying summary publications.
You can provide completed content for OHHA to design or work with us from structure and editing. Timing and revision rounds are agreed for each project.
Align your annual and sustainability reports.
When producing both publications for the same period, you can align imagery, tables and information presentation while retaining the distinct purpose and content of each report.
